The delivery person apologized for the bad practices of the restaurant which resulted in two stone cold pizza’s 90mins after ordering.

The pizza is good but it is the third time I’ve ordered there and all 3 times the pizza arrived cold. It doesn’t seem to be a delivery problem but something to do with the restaurant
